Dave Giles New Song

Check out the new song from Dave Giles, ‘Confessions Of A Facebook Stalker’. Dave is on tour with Ivyrise throughout January starting on the 15th at Norwich Arts Centre. Full details can be found here. He also needs 120 people to come and be extras in the music video he is shooting for 'Another Fine Day' at Camden Barfly later this month. The Mission District - New Song

Montreal pop band The Mission District have a brand new song, "Dancing All Alone," up on their Myspace, written to address teen bullying and in light of the great number of recent teen suicides. Fans are invited to interpret the song in their own way and make a video for it - all videos will be posted online. They hope to get the song on itunes soon and give a portion of the sales to an organisation helping youths dealing with bullying.

The band have been recording new material but have been keeping fans in the loop via blog tv sessions, where they chat and preview new songs. They currently have no tour dates, and it is hoped by many that they return to the UK soon.
